Study Links Climate Change to Unprecedented El Niño Intensity

A new study has found that climate change may be intensifying El Niño beyond anything seen in the past 1,000 years. The findings come as the Greater Horn of Africa faces the prospect of warmer and wetter conditions, raising concerns over flooding, food security, disease and infrastructure damage.
